A&T broke through the then-prevailing HK Government bureaucracy which deemed sunshades as excessive, and therefore, GFA-accountable.
Preparing extensive supportings and representations leading ultimately to  BD’s yielding, as A+T’s efforts ushered in today’s new era in which sunshading can be supported (without GFA accountability) by Government Departments.
